Our Story
My life, like many others, was shaped by the silence around childhood trauma, especially for girls in communities like Westbury and Eldorado Park. I found healing not in therapy, but in movement, in sport, in sweat, in strength. Aktiv60 was born from this truth: physical fitness can be a path to emotional freedom.
“Where there were no therapists, there was the track.
Where there was no safety, there was the gym.
Where there was no voice, there was movement.”
At Aktiv60, we are not just service providers; we are your health and wellness partners. We exist at the intersection of care, movement, and innovation. Whether it’s operating sub-acute facilities and day hospitals for mines, managing onsite corporate gyms, or designing digital platforms that reward healthier habits, our work is about more than services. It’s about systems of care that uplift, empower, and sustain.
